Welcome to BehmArt! featuring a collection of my fine artwork created with a variety of materials. I find myself favoring acrylic paints, watercolor, pen, and ink. I am inspired by cultures all over the world which is expressed in some of my acrylic portrait paintings. I am also passionate about the bold sharp lines found in tattoo art and have experimented creating my own designs using pen and ink. Within this collection you will also find some illustrations created with watercolor. For these pieces I found inspiration by snuggling in bed with my son, reading stories to him while he drifted to sleep. I was always captivated by the precious animals laid before us from page to page. With their vibrant colors and warm inviting images I adventured into creating my own little animal illustrations which I hope brings you the same joy as it did for me snuggling up with my beloved son.
