Hello friends!
I ’m Kayla Behm
Partnering with me means that I will intentionally set up moments to create an atmosphere where you are free to express your love and passion while I capture those precious moments, real emotions, and sparks of life!

Making you Feel Something
GETTING TO KNOW YOU

I love connecting with my clients on a personal level. Understanding your story, preferences, and the emotions you want to convey allows me to create images that truly reflect your authentic selves.
A FRIENDLY GHOST

I'll capture not only posed portraits, but I'll be like a friendly ghost, blending into the background. This way, you can relax and be yourselves, resulting in candid and heartwarming moments of genuine connection, and love.
EDITING MAGIC

In post-processing, I'll sprinkle a bit of magic to enhance the natural beauty of your captured moments. A timeless editing approach ensures your images remain as stunning and meaningful as the day they were taken.

Based in the Carolinas & Colorado

I’m truly a travel photographer, spending half of the year in one state and the rest of the year across the country. I can even come to your location for your special day!
I am based just outside of Charlotte NC. I live on the South Carolina side of the State border, in lovely Lake Wylie! Although I absolutely adore my home I always travel back to my birthplace of Colorado. Please contact me directly for my most updated travel plans and availability!
Get to Know Kayla

I absolutely love to travel — I've been working as a Flight Attendant with American Airlines since I was 22! Throughout my airline career I have been based in Dayton, OH; Knoxville, TN; Norfolk, Virginia; and now I am grateful to be based in Charlotte, NC. So just let me know if you want to fly to Paris for your photos!

I bought my first camera body when I was 16 years old — the Canon EOS Rebel T3. This baby got me through high school and taught me my admiration for photography.

I was born and raised in Colorado where I lived until I was 20 years old. After receiving my Associates Degree from The Art Institute of Denver, I traveled across Europe and Africa for a whole year! I lived in Nuremberg, Germany for over three months and spent several months working with Fine Art Galleries and English Education in Eastern Africa.
